Privacy Policy

Draft only — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This describes what we collect and why, not a claim of legal compliance.

What we collect

• Your email address, and first name if you give it, when you sign up for the free guide.
• Consent records: what you agreed to, the wording version, and when.
• A hashed version of your IP address (never the raw address) for fraud/abuse prevention.
• Purchase records if you buy the full guide — handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics (see “Analytics” below).

Who processes it

We use the following processors, each under its own data processing terms:

• Supabase — database and file storage.
• Resend — sending you emails.
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see your card number).
• Vercel — hosting.
• Analytics provider — aggregate, privacy-respecting usage analytics.

Retention and deletion

Unconfirmed sign-ups (you started sign-up but never confirmed your email) are deleted after 30 days. To request deletion of your data at any time, email apicardami@gmail.com from the address on file.

Email and unsubscribing

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email immediately; we may still need to send a transactional email you've directly requested (like a purchase receipt or a download link).

Children

Beto Labs's site and guides are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact apicardami@gmail.com to exercise any of these.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
