  1. Who we are. The site and guides are published by Beto Labs (“we”). By using the site or buying a guide you agree to these terms.
  2. What you get. The free guide (email sign-up) and the paid guide (one-time $22 USD, digital PDF). Price shown at checkout controls. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
  3. License. A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to read, download and print the guide for your own use. No copying, reselling, sharing, posting, or distributing. Copies may contain a watermark with your purchase details, and we may suspend access for suspected redistribution.
  4. Copyright. © 2026 Beto Labs. All rights reserved. The guides, site and branding are owned by Beto Labs. Third-party names and trademarks (including OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Claude, Google, Gemini) belong to their owners; we are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
  5. Educational content, not professional advice. The guides are general information, not medical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. AI tools make mistakes; verify important information. Product features and pricing change; we cite sources with access dates but cannot guarantee currency.
  6. All sales are final; no refunds. The guide is a digital product delivered electronically. Because you receive access to the full file once payment is confirmed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, including for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the content, or buying by mistake. The exceptions are only: (a) if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will correct the duplicate charge; (b) if you were charged but could not receive or open the file and we cannot fix the delivery problem after you contact us, we will resolve it, which may include a refund at our discretion; and (c) any rights you have under law that cannot be waived or limited by contract where you live, which these terms do not affect. If a refund is issued under (a) or (b) or required by law, access to the file is revoked.
  7. Download access. Access is by emailed link; links expire, and download counts may be limited per purchase. Contact us if you have a problem.
  8. Acceptable use. No attempts to bypass access controls, scrape paid content, or interfere with the site.
  9. Email and privacy. We email you only as described at sign-up; unsubscribe any time. See the Privacy Policy for data practices.
  10. Disclaimer and liability. Provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Material changes will be posted with a new date.
