Refund Policy

All sales are final. Digital guides are delivered electronically once payment is confirmed, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content. The only exceptions: (a) a duplicate charge for the same purchase, (b) a delivery problem we cannot fix after you contact us, or (c) any right under law that cannot be waived where you live.
